The much anticipated Project Natal which is Microsoft's motion sensor
technology which is anticipated to bring up sales and be a competitive match
for the Wii. At a Consumer Electronics show in Vegas, Robbie Bach let out
a little slip saying the motion controlled technology would be int he hands
of consumers during the holiday season.

So far there isn't anything about how pricey this new system is going to be but
many game publishers are already supporting the new system. There was also a feature which
was named the "Game Room" which will basically let users create their own arcade
which will have classics that will be playable each available at $3-$5, so far there is said
to be about 30 games which will be available, but Microsoft see's room for expansion and is said
in the future they will have 1000 games available.

On a brighter note for Microsoft, The Wii is still miles ahead of the Xbox 360 in sales
but a new report shows that the Xbox 360 is currently the most used home console.

Let the battle begin. Stay tuned.

Future gaming gear, Sony and Microsoft

So far, the Wii has dominated the competition between the Xbox 360 and the PS3, only problem? The Wii is lacking games! Wii has only a few games that are actually fun, sure u can play em for a good 2-3 weeks but they just get boring after that. Well Sony and Microsoft have seem to copy Nintendo's success with the Wii and have come up with motion sensor controllers of their own.

Currently, it doesn't have a name that I know of, but the motion sensor technology seems amazing flawless. The only problem I had with this was the graphics, it might have just been the demo, but I still would've liked to see whats capable when im playing with these controllers.

Microsoft's Project Natal motion sensoring technology seems very interesting as well. Instead of using a controller, their motion sensoring camera detects the tiniest movements and lets u play, u are the controller. I was pretty impressed with the sensor camera and how it was able to track movement.

Well you've seen it yourself, now its up to you to decide which will win the war. Both are expected to come out next year and the Xbox 360 camera is worth $60, I still have no confirmation price on the Sony controller. Well see what the critics have to say.
